About Heli Support PNG

Heli Support PNG was founded by its parent company, Helicopter Support of the Solomon Islands, in 2012 after a need was seen within PNG for reliable and cost effective helicopter services.

Initially based in Port Moresby, Heli Support began with one Airbus AS350 “Squirrel” helicopter. This quickly proved popular with our clients as a capable and efficient aircraft with good payload, endurance and range. In 2014 a second aircraft, also a “Squirrel”, was added to the fleet to allow better service and availability to clients. The aircraft operate throughout all of PNG and have recently taken part in projects in Manus, New Ireland, Milne Bay, Western Province and the Gulf region.

Heli Support has entered a partnership with Pacific Development Contractors to add to the services that can be offered to the clients of both companies. Heli Support can now offer clients a complete logistic solution with access to road and sea transportation, providing one point of contact to manage any projects our clients may have.

The staff of Heli Support have experience in helicopter operations in PNG and throughout the world. They ensure our clients receive personal and professional service and provide efficient, cost effective solutions for all tasks. The CEO Paul Hubbard has over 14000 helicopter flight hours and leads the management team with a wealth of knowledge from the daily operations of helicopters to the planning and management of large projects and contracts.
